5、接地系统的安装Grounding System Installation

5.1接地极的安装Grounding Lug Installation

十八根接地极采用铜包钢材质,氨罐周围六根接地极为不锈钢材质,直径不小于21mm,长度为3米。

Copper-clad steel material is used for the 18 pieces grounding lugs.6 pieces grounding lugs around the Ammonia tank is SS material with a diameter of 21mm minimum.Length is 3m.

安装方式根据图纸02675-377-13的要求,将接地极与70mm2电缆焊接到一起,再将接地极垂直打入土壤中,如果土质太硬打不下去,则挖开接地井内一定深度的土壤再打入,70mm2电缆的另一端压接铜端子,用螺栓连接到接地排上,将挖出的土壤回填,然后盖上黄沙及接地井的盖板。

安装后,测试土壤的接地电阻,接地电阻应小于10欧姆。

Installation as per the requirement on drawing,02675-377-13.Weld then grounding lug to 70mm2 cable. Then the grounding lug shall be driven into the soil vertically. If the soil is too hard, the grounding well shall be dug to certain depth. The other end of the 70mm2 cable shall be connected to copper terminal. Connect to grounding bar with bolts. Then back fill with soil and cover with sand and grounding well cover plate.

Measure the grounding resistance of the soil after installation. The grounding resistance shall be 10 Ohm maximum.

5.2罐的接地Tank Grounding

罐的接地板在螺栓连接之前要彻底清除所有的锈和涂料。按照图纸02675-377-09的要求,接地导体露出地面部分要有一段PVC管保护。沿罐周围敷设70mm2的电缆,在罐的混凝土基础下侧或边缘每隔1.2m用膨胀螺栓和电缆卡子固定电缆。

Rust and coatings shall be removed from the tank grounding plate before bolting. As per drawing 02675-377-09 requirement, one section of the grounding conductor above ground shall have PVC pipe protection.70mm2 cable will be laid around the tank. Secure the cable with expansion bolts and cable clips at an interval of 1.2m under or at the edge of the tank concrete foundation.

5.3接地母排的安装Grounding Bus Installation

按照图纸02675-377-12的要求安装 As per the requirement of Drawing 02675-377-12

5.4设备的接地Equipment Grounding

接地分接头到接地排的连接采用70mm2PVC绝缘铜导线,分接头到单独的设备的连接用35mm2 PVC绝缘铜导线,在地上接地导体安装时要采用铸铁电缆夹,铜电缆夹,或装设镀锌钢紧固螺帽的电缆夹,电缆夹的间距不超过1.2m。

70mm2 PVC insulated copper lead will be used for the grounding connector to grounding bus. 35mm2 PVC insulated copper lead shall be used for the connection between grounding connector and individual equipment. Cast iron, copper cable clips or cable clips with galvanized steel nuts shall be used for the above ground grounding conductor installation. Cable clip spacing shall be 1.2m maximum.

5.5检查及试验Inspection and Test

5.5.1截面检查Section Inspection

电缆截面应与安装图上所给的尺寸相符。

Cable section area shall be in compliance with the size shown on the installation drawing.

5.5.2接地回路检查Grounding Loop Inspection

各接地回路将每条母线末端依次断开进行检查,并用欧姆表检查其电阻以确认接地连续性。

每台电气设备不传送电流的金属部件与最近的厂房接地母线之间,应使用欧姆表检验其接地连续性。

Disconnect the bus end one by one to check the grounding loops. And Ohmmeter shall be used to check the resistance and the grounding continuity. And ohmmeter shall be used to check the grounding continuity between non-current metal part for each electrical equipment and nearest shop grounding bus.

5.5.3机械检查Mechanical Inspection

检查连接螺栓拧紧时的扭矩是否正确(以设计要求为准);

检查连接器及分支连接器是否正确压接好;

对于设备接地系统上所做的分支连接应检查其不致脱开。

Check bolt tightening for correct torque value(based on design requirement);

Check connector and branch connector for correct compression connection;

Check branch connections on equipment grounding system.

6、动力、照明配电箱安装Power & Lighting Distribution Panel Installation

现场动力、照明配电箱的定位由平面图决定,其安装标高符合设计要求。

箱体应安装牢固,其垂直偏差不应大于3mm。

箱内的交流,直流或不同电压等级的电源,应具有明显的标识;各用电回路名称应标示准确。

Site power and lighting distribution panel location as per plan view, and installation elevation shall meet design requirement.

Distribution Panel shall be securely installed with a plumbness tolerance of 3mm maximum.

AC & DC and various voltage power supply inside the panel shall be marked properly; loop description shall be marked correctly.

7、电缆桥架的安装Cable Tray Installation

7.1安装前检查Check before Installation

根据电缆走向图确认无其它设备(如管道、风管等)相互干扰的情况,否则提请设计修改。

确认预埋件(锚固板、)已正确就位,否则提请设计修改安装方法。

确认电缆通道将要穿过的楼板和墙已留洞且位置、尺寸正确,否则提请有关部门协调解决。

Confirm no interference of other equipment (e.g. piping, vent etc) as per cable routing drawing. Otherwise, request for design modification.

Confirm embedded parts (anchor plates) have been installed in place. Otherwise, request to modify the installation method.

Confirm holes have been prepared on the floor slab and wall, with correct position for cable routing. Otherwise, request concerned parties to coordinate.

7.2沿墙安装的电缆桥架Cable Tray Installation along the Bund Wall

根据布置图按标高沿墙划水平线。

根据托臂位置定相应的螺栓孔位置。选用与M10重型膨胀螺栓相套的钻头钻孔,将孔清理干净后安装膨胀螺栓。

Mark the horizontal line along the bund wall as per the elevation shown on the layout drawing.

Locate the bolt holes as per bracket position. Drill the holes matching the M10 heavy-duty expansion bolt. Clean the holes then install the expansion bolts.

安装锚固板。

根据平面布置图选用合适的托臂支架,焊接在锚固板上,同一水平面上的支架,其高低偏差不应大于5mm。

目视检查后焊缝处涂富锌漆。

Install anchor plate

Select proper brackets as per plan layout drawing. Weld the brackets to anchor plates. The elevation tolerance of brackets in the same horizontal surface shall be 5mm maximum.

Apply zinc rich paint to the weld joint after visual inspection.

根据平面布置图选择相应品种、规格的梯架拼装,拼接处不得在桥架托臂上,且任意两托臂间不得多于一个拼接点,对接时接口处要整齐,不得有飞边、螺栓尖角等妨碍敷设电缆的因素存在。

选用配套连接螺栓及固定夹固定梯架、梯架现场切割后应锉平切口并涂富锌漆保护。

垂直偏差不应大于其长度的2/1000;支架横撑的水平误差不应大于其宽度的2/1000;竖井对角线的偏差不应大于其对角线长度的5/1000。

Select T-shape cable tray according to layout plan view. Splice shall not be on the cable tray support. And there shall be a splice between two supports as maximum.? Splice shall be free of burrs,bolt sharp edges which obstruct the cabling routing.

Select propor bolts and clip to secure cable tray. T-shape cable tray shall be filed flush and applied with zinc rich paint after field cutting.

Plumbness tolerance shall be 2/1000 of its length maximum; bracket horizontal tolerance shall be 2/1000 of its width maximum; shaft diagonal tolerance shall be 5/1000 of the diagonal length maximum.

连接之后的检查 Check after cable connection

电缆密封套管的安装:紧固、密封与电缆直径的配合情况;

Cable gland installation: tightening, sealing and cable diameter compatibility;

电缆密封套管上多余的开孔是否已堵上;

If excessive holes in the cable glands are filled;

?

电缆在靠近设备(电动机、阀门等)之处是否卷成卷;

If the cables are rolled near the equipment (motor,valve etc);

?

是否满足了允许的最小弯曲半径;

Meet the minimum bending radius requirement;

?

为限制电缆在端子上和电缆密封套管上的拉力,电缆应有良好地固定支撑;

Cable should have good supports to control the tensile on the cable terminal and cable glands;

?

检查动力电缆连接的螺栓扭矩;

Check the bolt torque of power cable connection;

?

所用的端子接线片是否与芯线的类型和截面相配;

If the terminal lugs matches the type and cross section of core;

?

在低压动力电缆芯线之间是否有足够的空隙来使用夹钳式安培计;

If there is enough clearance between low voltage power cable cores for the use of clip-type ammeter;

?

检查连接导线是否排列整齐;

Check if connection leads are neatly arranged;

?

连接导线是否已捆扎好;Check if connection leads have been bundled;

所安装的设备是否参照文件上所指出的相符(型号、额定值等);

If the equipment installed comply with the referenced documents(model and rated value etc);

各种装置是否安装正确并已紧固;

If various devices have been properly installed and tightened;

?

电缆的屏蔽和铠装是否只在一端接地(检查分线盒中的连续性);

If the cable screening and armor are grounded at one end(check junction box for continuity).

检查各装置、电缆、芯线和连接线的识别标志;

Check identification markings of various device, cable, core and connection cable;

检查电缆绝缘;Check cable for insulation;

检查相序是否一致;Check the phases for consistency;

9、照明安装Light Installation

9.1现场条件准备:Site condition preparation:

土建工程已满足照明安装要求,安装区域清洁,墙,顶无渗水情况。灯具等主要物项的检验工作完成,应满足设计要求。

各型安装附件的检验,应符合设计标准。

脚手架及必要的临时照明设施。

Civil works have met the requirement on lighting installation. Installation area shall be clean. Wall and roof shall be free of water seepage. Luminaire inspection shall be finished and meet the design requirement.

Various installation accessories inspection shall meet design standard.

Scaffolding and necessary temporary lighting facility.

9.2照明灯具安装Lighting Installation

9.2.1 定位,灯具依照照明平面图定位,其安装方式和安装高度由相关的照明图决定。

Lights shall be located as per lighting plan view. Installation form and installation height shall be determined as per relevant lighting drawings.

9.2.2 本工程灯具分为吊杆灯、壁灯、泛光灯、立杆灯等,固定方法可采用预焊铁件,膨胀螺栓等方式

Luminaires in this project include pendant lights, wall lights, spotlights, stanchion lights etc. Installation method include pre-welded iron piece, expansion bolts etc.

?

9.2.3灯具安装前应确认其配件齐全,无机械损伤,变形,油漆剥落和灯罩破裂等缺陷。

Check and make sure that all the parts are complete, without mechanical damage, deformation, paint peeling and lampshade break before lights installation.

9.2.4 灯具安装中应满足国标GB 50259-96中第2.0.8条款的各项规定。

Install the lights as per the requirement in local standard GB 50259-96,paragraph 2.0.8.

9.3开关、插座安装Switch and plug installation

9.3.1 定位:开关、插座定位依照照明平面图进行。安装高度分别为1.2m;0.45 m。

Location: Locate the switches and plugs as per Lighting Plan View. Installation relative elevation are 1.2m and 0.45m respectively.

9.3.2开关、插座均为暗装。安装中应满足国标GB 50259-96中第3.1,3.2的各项规定。

Switches and plugs shall be concealed. Installation shall comply with the requirement in GB50259-96 para.3.1 and 3.2.

9.4照明电缆敷设、端接Light cable laying and terminal connection

9.4.1照明电缆沿桥架敷设,敷设前应确认通道已连通,分线盒设置合理,接地线安装完成。

Lighting cable will be laid along the cable tray. Check and make sure the cable access have been connected, junction boxes have been properly located, and grounding cable have been laid before laying the lighting cable.

9.4.2 导线的端接应严格符合操作要求,分情况可采用焊接,熔接,套管压接或绞接。接线应牢固,电气接触良好。

Lead termination shall strictly comply with the operation requirement. Welding, fusion, compression connection or stranded connection can be used according to the actual condition. Cable connetion shall be secure and electrical contact shall be in good condition.

9.5 照明控制系统测试Lighting control system test

线路检查:控制线配线正确,与原理相符合。

控制元件检查:各控制元件动作正常、可靠,模拟运行正确。

Routing check: Control line wiring correct, comply with the diagram.

Control components check: Normal and reliable control components

operation and correct analogue operation.

9.6灯具光源安装Lights installation

所安装光源应与设计一致,安装前应确定其能正常使用。

Light installation shall comply with the design. Check and make sure the lights work well before installation.

9.7线路绝缘测试、灯具试亮 Wiring insulation test, light flash test

用绝缘摇表测试每一回路的绝缘电阻,其值应符合国标规定。

将照明回路逐一接通,检验灯具是否闪亮。

Measure the insulation resistance of every loop and the reading should meet GB requirement.

Switch on the lighting loops one by one and check if the lights flash.
